Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
When user change CD via UserPortal 'Change CD' (right click on VM or button above VM's list) CD name is not changed in VM.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect to User Portal or Admin Portal
2.Connect to chosen VM and open Start->My Computer (just to see the name of CD)
3.Right click on VM and Change CD
Actual results:
CD (Device) name on guest VM is not changed
Expected results:
CD (Device) name on guest VM is changed

Client Fedora 19 64
Win7: After CD change in User Portal, with Ctrl+r in File explorer - name of CD was changed to actual one.
WinXP:After CD change in User Portal, with Ctrl+r in File explorer - name of CD was not changed to actual one.
The content of CD was update in both cases, but what remains unchanged in WinXP is the name of CD only. (It's right after reboot WinXP vehrVM)
Win2008:After CD change in User Portal - name of CD was changed to actual one.
In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1028956#c5 it says that Win7 is OK, but
