Description of problem: The following rpms cannot be rebuilt without devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-parent:

devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-command-0.12.0-7.el6.src.rpm
devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-runtime-0.10.0-8.el6.src.rpm
devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-shell-0.10.0-6.el6.src.rpm

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): devtoolset-2


How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpmbuild --rebuild on any of the above listed rpms

missing build dependency

Expected results:
devtoolset-2-felix-gogo-parent source rpm within devtoolset 2

Eclipse rebuilds on RHEL6 are unsupported due to build environment complexity.
