Description:

Whilst everyone seems to want a unified scheduler, progress is slow. This spec is an attempt to fast track the split out from Nova which is (rightfully) seen as a key factor in enabling unified scheduler development.

Closing, as while the idea remains intact in terms of ongoing development this specific blueprint isn't an accurate tracker.
