Description:

In http://icehousedesignsummit.sched.org/event/b683cd5cfcb3d812d8d1c899a87733b0 it was discussed, that it is very useful for real-world cloud deployments to give helpdesk workers / L1-support admin-level access to the cloud so that they can diagnose problems quickly, however usually you do not want them to be able to mess up anything. Also useful for cloud-monitoring software.
