Description:

Allow for resource reservation plannification from users. The service should help operators with the management of their physical assets and fulfillment pipeline (capacity planning), save electricity by turning machines on and off based on the reservation schedule.
Extra requirements can be added to the reservation, and then be used by a scheduler to fulfill them.
