The purpose of this blueprint is to enable OpenStack support for z/VM and its virtual machines running Linux on System z.

More specifically, enable the following z/VM functionalities in OpenStack:
1. Volume snapshots (Nova, Glance, Swift)
2. Create and activate images (Nova)
