Cloned from launchpad blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/centralized-color-palette.

Description:

Create one .less file that contains all of the color definitions used in the assorted horizon .less files and replace the hard-coded color values sprinkled across files with @background-color-one type reference from imported color palette file.

Facilitates branding and widget creation.

there is no real way to test it. It's intended to increase maintainability.

this adds maintainability for the code. It should not have any impact to the end user.
