Description of problem:

Go to this URL: https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_JBoss_Portal/6.1/html-single/Installation_Guide/index.html#proc-Download_the_Platform_and_Related_Plug-ins

Note the "Download the Platform and Related Plug-ins appears a couple of times and overlays other text"

This happens with both Firefox and Chrome

Yep, this is fixed with the change in ownership of Docs content from the Customer Portal to ECS.
