Description:

On Domain/Project/User pages provide the ability to set encryption preferences for volumes, images, objects. These should be those obtained by querying the libraries that support these features (see  https://blueprints.launchpad.net/openstack-common/+spec/list-encryption-options). Further, on volume creation page, allow user to specify a different option if desired.
