When using OpenStack Networking (neutron) with the dhcp_agent_scheduler extension, it is now possible to add and remove DHCP agents from networks using the dashboard. This makes it easier to manage the high availability of DHCP agents for OpenStack Networking. When logged in as admin and navigating to the Admin Networks panel, a new DHCP Agents column with the number of agents associated with each network is now visible. Clicking on a network name displays the network's details together with a new 'DHCP Agents' table where the admin can add and delete agents.

Description:

Neutron support to add a network to a DHCP agent and remove one from it. It's important for HA of DHCP agents. Support this in horizon will make admins easier to manage HA for networks.

Hi Yair, to test this:

1. Log in as an admin
2. Go to Systems -> Networks
   -> There should be a new DHCP Agents column with the number of agents associated with the network
3. Click on any network (or create a new one first)
   -> There should be a new DHCP Agents table in the network details, where one can add or remove agents.

This is only visible if the Neutron dhcp_agent_scheduler extension is present.

Results:
--------
1. A new DHCP Agents column with the number of agents associated with the network at System/Networks
2. A new DHCP Agents table in the network details, where one can add or remove agents (Adding and removing checked).
3. Traffic between VM's in new createt network under new dhcp added was successfull.
