A new feature has been added which allows a server to be rebuilt with the "nova-server-rebuild" operation. This is required so that a server will be rebuilt with a new image if the image becomes updated. Now, the server will have a new image available.

Description:

Nova has the capability to rebuild a server with a new image. This is advantageous in some scenarios and shoudl be supported by the OS::Nova::Server resource.
