The goal of this blueprint is to run all the unit tests against a real MySQL and a real PostgreSQL servers. And not only SQLite in memory.

This is internal work within the ceilometer project upstream, and is not customer-facing, so does not require any QE verification; appears to be legacy from the old bot to generate RFE bug automatically from upstream launchpad blueprints.
