Description:

We need to develop test cases in tempest to test integration with other openstack projects. This could help protect us against incompatible changes in the parts of other projects we depend on.

Might also need to contribute work to openstack-infra/devstack-gate and openstack-infra/config to add the gate-tempest job for ceilometer.
