Description:

The goal of this specification is to create an advanced framework for Application Network Services and Service's Scale Out. There are several specific problems domains needed to be addressed with the notion of application network services scale out. Each provider may address this in a manner suitable to the specific provider. However, the specification needs to be established to create a common API that can aggregate providers, policies, resources and workflows.

This specific framework would enable the following framework and it's referenced frameworks to participate in scale out.
