Description:

Application Delivery Controllers may need to have a pool/s of VIPs, SNATs or similar IP usage types to that could be assigned with out port assignment. 

Specification:

(Starting_IP, Ending_IP) - Identifies the range for the allocation pool. 
Netmask.
Gateway address.
