Vendor can't upload the result package to catalog for cert#1030848 and #1030852, but they can upload successfully with the same account(garrickyang ) in cert 1040736 .

Below is the description of vendor:
"when I upload log to your server ,about 50% ,page changed to "can't
not display page"
 check "review", no log file update successfully.
 Tired other machines and IP, still failed."
