Selected Text: "When the mouse is used inside a virtual machine and the virtual machine is not in full-screen, it can become "locked" in the virtual machine window and cannot be used elsewhere. To unlock the mouse, press Shift+F12."

Bug Details: 
Locked is only when agent from RHEVM tools is not installed and is not running. If so, user can move with mouse from window with VM.
