Description of problem:
swig is unsigned for el7 beta

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
swig-2.0.10-2.el7.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install swig

Actual results:

The GPG keys listed for the "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Beta - x86_64" repository are already installed but they are not correct for this package.

On inspection, that appears to be the key from /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release - does importing that key work?

Yes, that worked:
     rpm --import /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release
     yum install swig

(Also, "yum install swig --nogpg"  worked as a work-around).
