Description of problem:
Icons in the frame, and activity toolbars are too small.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Sugar 0.100.0

How reproducible:
Allways

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start sugar with sugar-runner

Actual results:
Icons are too small in the frame, and in activities toolbars

Expected results:
Icons should be bigger sized as in previous versions of Sugar

Additional info:
Attached a screenshot of the home view.

This also happens in the fedora 20 sugar on a stick. Sugar-build shows ok.

It appears it's an issue with gtk3 deprecating/changing something that was in use.

Would consider pulling a patch in but would sooner have an upstream release.
