the package can now be built with gstreamer 1.0 , so one less dep on gstreamer 0.1*

Oops, sorry I overlooked this one.  I've built the latest release for rawhide and also pushed an F20 update.  Give it 3 positive karma (you'll obviously need 2 other people for it ;)) and it should land in updates.

but it' still being built with gstreamer 0.10 according to the build logs.

i realized i didn' mention that in the topic  (only in the first comment), but the reason for the bump is to get rid of a gstreamer 0.10 dep.

these 2 lines didn't seem worth making a patch for. Simply changing these 2 lines

BuildRequires: gstreamer-devel
BuildRequires: gstreamer-plugins-base-devel

to

BuildRequires: gstreamer1-devel
BuildRequires: gstreamer1-plugins-base-devel

builds a successful working RPM

Yes, that's what I did to push a new update.  It's 0.3.3-2 now in bodhi.

thanks siddhesh!. i tested with various audio and video file formats and added karma.

This also finally got me to sign up for a fedora account :)

 I'm not quite sure of the etiquette/process  of when bump bugs should be closed, but this works for me.
