This is a regression in the UI. After importing a manifest with subscriptions, one of which is Premium, the editable Service Level field has no choices in the dropdown. It should contain all available from the subscriptions.
Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.
This was delivered in SNAP6 (or earlier)
