Actual results: 
String "deamon listening accessibility events to launch on screen keyboard" is not transated into zh-CN, and cant be found in Zanata.

The string itself is not available for translation in upstream pot file. Hence marking this bug as a NOTABUG and reporting upstream to mark this string for translation in future caribou releases.
