Description of problem:
As a project maintainer, I want to sort the translation by completeness, so that I can easily work out what to put in to final product.

Definition of Completeness: 
  percentage of approved/total for project required review;
  otherwise translated/total.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Zanata 3.3.0-SNAPSHOT (20131218-0039)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a existing project that is partially translated.
2. Click any version.

Actual results:
There is no way to sort by completeness by words or messages.

Expected results:
User should be able to:
1. Ascending sort by word completeness
2. Ascending sort by message completeness
1. Descending sort by word completeness
2. Descending sort by message completeness
