We need to make sure partner has the same RHEL version with web2 before we debug this bug.

It is highly unlikely it will happen.  I have talked to eng ops, and they said updating partner server did cause some serve damage on other applications and they have no intention to do that unless it is absolutely necessary.

The suggestion they gave me is to list the required modules and they can compare those module versions among web2/partner/live, then update related modules only.
