We have seen this one many times in the past, but so far without a way to reproduce it. Can you reproduce the crash?
I'm afraid that it is quite rare, it probaly occured when I was trying to open quite big and complicated xlsx spreadsheet (it takes over two minutes to open on LibreOffice, while only few seconds on MSO 2007/11) and at the same time I've tried to do something (open/save probably) with simple ODS spreadsheet. But I'm not 100% sure that this report was exactly that case.
oh well...
