fixed in notify-python-0.1.1-25.el7

Comment 6 John Dennis 2014-01-14 20:59:42 UTC
closing as WONTFIX because during an email exchange it was decided notify-python no longer has any dependencies in RHEL-7 and it should be dropped from the compose.
