Steps to Reproduce: 
yum install gnome-system-log


1. Open System Log from desktop or run gnome-system-log from terminal

2. Run # gnome-system-log -h from terminal



Actual results: 
String "Authentication is required to run Log Viewer" from the initial screen is not localized for zh-CN, and the string is not found in Zanata.

The authentication dialog is provided by gnome-shell. To see translations there, you have to run gnome-shell in the locale you are testing.
