Description of problem:
in BR18, Active VMs by OS, if there is no collected data for a graph (window versions for example), there is legend color without a title.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open BR18 report, for DC containing non windows VMs

Actual results:
Empty legend for the windows version distribution graph

Expected results:
an empty graph with no legend, or no graph at all

This is a limitation caused by the use of JFreeCharts with calendar table. We can't have a null named series, if no data is present, so we have to give a legend value. We don't have simple fix for this and I don't think this is important enough.

It has indeed value for customer. Look again to the screenshot - it doesn't look nice - rather broken/confusing. 
The importance should indicate that someone opened BZ regarding this, please fix.
