Title: Run the JBoss Enterprise Application Platform Installer

Describe the issue:

This topc multiple issues:
1. The opening paragraph states: 
"The JBoss EAP installer can be run in either graphical or text mode. This topic covers the command to run the installer in each mode, as well as detailing the individual screens/setup options that form the installation process." 
It claims to document both graphical and text mode, but only covers graphical mode. It does not cover text mode. I think it should probably be a separate topic as this one is fairly large.
2. Step 2 says 'Follow the steps etc.'. Do we use etc. in the documentation?

The installer itself has some poor wording, so I will enter a separate bug for that.

It also refers to the wrong hard-coded version number: jboss-eap-6.1.1.ER4-installer.jar

"Table 4.2. JBoss EAP Installer Screens" has 4 columns, but the last one always has a value of "N/A". Can it be removed?

Somehow this bug got lost in the shuffle. It is very old and the topic, Run the JBoss EAP Installation Program [30613], has been modified dozens of times since this bug was created. 

All concerns have been addressed and I am marking it as fixed and moving it to ON_QA.
