Add BRMS 6.0.0 ER6 plugin pack

Please create a BRMS 6.0.0 ER6 plugin pack containing Drools plugin:

This is fixed with commit 00107969 to jon.git repo, and is available for testing in the following brew build: 
https://brewweb.devel.redhat.com//buildinfo?buildID=320651
