Description of problem:
There is a "Bushism" in while running `engine-setup`. Instead of saying "Configuring PostgreSQL", it says "Configurating PostgreSQL". 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run engine-setup
2. Tell the installer to create a local PostgreSQL database
3.

Actual results:
[ INFO  ] Configurating PostgreSQL

Expected results:
[ INFO  ] Configuring PostgreSQL

Already fixed in oVirt 3.3.2.
