1. SPEC:

%doc %{_mandir}/man3/*

Please DONT mark manpages as %doc.

2. Latest version is official announced at 20130712:

Marking man pages as documentation is not an issue, but just redundant. They are marked as documentation implicitly:

$ rpm -E %__docdir_path
/usr/share/doc:/usr/share/man:/usr/share/info:/usr/share/gtk-doc/html::/usr/share/man:/usr/share/info:/usr/share/javadoc:/usr/doc:/usr/man:/usr/info:/usr/X11R6/man
