Your patch references another patch in the spec but what looks to be the patch isn't complete.

It is complete, most of bugzilla's patch views just fail to show it. A long time ago I've found that the only one that won't produce WTF's every now and then is the link in the Attachments box i.e. the one without any action=... parameter (and you can "git am" the patch from that link if you like).
