Created attachment 840427 [details] NetworkManager - peace of crap - i can almost nothing. Description of problem: I'm with Fedora 20 after fiew days. I have USB modem OPTION 225 to connect to Internet. Network Manager doesn't see my modem, so i can't connect to internet. I can see only my configured vpns in NetworkManager, when i click in right upper corner in Gnome Shell - "Off" button. Actual results: NetworkManager doesn't connect to internet via my USB modem. Expected results: NetworkManager should work as expected, in early versions - Fedora 19 even Fedora 20 it was working. Additional info: I think - problem came with the latest version of NetworkManager
Ok, it was my fault - service ModemManager was not running. After it started - i can connect.
This wasn't your fault, I have the same problem. ModemManager was off by default but I did a fedup from Fedora 19 and everything worked before the upgrade. Solution: sudo systemctl enable ModemManager but I think this should be on by default.
