Description of problem:
  Looking At the code if socket/bind fails it's a warning . Rather it should be treated as error

How reproducible:

easily
Actual results:
 Iperf should should not give warning rather should exit

Expected results:
Iperf should exit

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing iperf-2.0.5-11.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
