The issue that was found is in Horizon which is not reflecting the floating IPs that were assigned by Neutron, instead it is reflecting the cashed data in Nova.
There are two fixes that are being worked on in u/s -
1. Query the data directly from Neutron
2. Improve the cache behaviour on the Nova side

Since the problem is only cosmetic we tend not to backport the fix to Grizzly, if we have a concrete need for this from customers please reopen the bug.
