Upstream now distributes engine and game data seperatly... So I probably need to introduce a new flare-engine package and let the flare package depend on it...

I hope I will be able to do this somewhen during the next week and open a review request... But no guarantee...

I already got a patch ready for this. Apply http://ablu.fedorapeople.org/0001-Updated-to-0.19-release-split-out-engine-code.patch to the fedora flare package repository for testing.
