Description of problem:
See attached picture - i couldn't get info about the highest point (marked with orange arrow because the mouse pointer is not visible). This issue is nondeterministic

How reproducible: nondeterministic


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install, deploy ordermgmt
2. add response time gadget, send some requests
3. observe the points on the gadget - sometimes on some points the hover is not working and is not showing any data
