Description of problem: If an init script in /etc/init.d/ is not executable, systemd hangs for exactly 1 minute at boot time without any obvious reason. How reproducible: All the time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create an init script in /etc/init.d/, make it non executable 2. add it with chkconfig --add 3. reboot Actual results: Hangs for 1 minute at boot-time all the time Expected results: Should skip the init script and log the error.
