Description of problem:
PHP/Zend/perl/ruby apps how a blank page when visit the app in web with 8443 port

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an application
2. visit the app in web with the 8443 port: https://$app-url:8443


Actual results:
PHP/Perl/ruby show a blank page
zend with 8443 port will be redirected to the www.openshift.com


Expected results:
should display normally


Additional info:
scaling app works normally
