Description of problem:
The syntax for creating answer files during engine-setup has changed and must be updated.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.3

How reproducible:
Run engine-setup and use the current syntax - --gen-answer-file=FILE

Actual results:
The command fails, commenting that no such option exists.

Expected results:
Setup should run without issue and generate an answer file of the specified name.

Additional info:
The new command is --generate-answer=FILE

Specifically, in the first note box the '--gen-answer-file' syntax was changed to '--generate-answer', and '--answer-file' to '--config-append'.
