Updated libvirt wixl

Description of problem:
Attempting to build virt-viewer for win32 resulted in two missing dlls - libvirt-lxc and libwinpthread.

Attaching an updated wixl file which I've verified to work

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
msitools-0.93.24-1.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get virt-viewer GIT checkout
2. Build msi
3. Attempt to invoke  'virsh.exe' or 'virt-viewer.exe'

Actual results:
Missing dlls

thanks, although the libwinpthread-1.dll should be a new wxi, with added dependency. would you like me to take care of it?

Yes, it would probably be better if you fixed it correctly, since I don't entirely know what I'm doing when i change these files ;-)

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
