An OLD bug still found in new release of RH6.2 - or "RedHat staff don't listen" - take your pick

Hi, I reported a bug in the version of mpg123 that you shipped with RH6.1
and yet you still shipped the same bug in 6.2 :-) Certain mp3 cause mpg123
to crash 30seconds in - bug NOT present in RH6.0. Perhaps you'll listen
Which bug report was this?
Do you have a sample file?
I described the details to firstname.lastname@example.org and have a sample file available
Hmm, can't find the mail now; Could you post the sample file?
OK, what appears to be happening is that
a) the mp3 has no CRC data
b) there are a few corrupt bits in it somewhere
mpg123 treats the bad bits as good, and in using them
scribbles all over its own memory. Bad stuff ensues.
Fixed in mpg123-0.59r-5, which will be in the next rawhide release.
