+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1067634 +++

Description of problem:

Using the SCAInvoker against an interface that exposes multiple operations results in "org.switchyard.SwitchYardException: SWITCHYARD014031: Operation name required - multiple operations on service interface"

Proposed fix is as described at [1].
