Description of problem:

Instance creation failed and does not return the reason for the error.
The error caused by issuficuate host resorces.

Reviewed, the information has been added. Just a pity the wide table in CAG runs over multiple lines and displays badly. Wish there was some way to have wider sections between <screen> tags for tables, or reduce font size.
