Previously, machines imported into RHEV did not have high-availability information included in the import. This meant that anyone who wanted those machines to be highly-available had to flag each of the imported machines as highly-available, a manual task of drudgery and no doubt a cause of frustration. I can't recommend that we point out explicitly that the old behavior was undesirable, but I do suggest that we elegant highlight the new behavior. The RFE bug in the 3.4 PRD is here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1026857
