That looks to be in libguile. CC'ing guile maintainer.
It could be this problem: http://osdir.com/ml/guile-user-gnu/2013-12/msg00018.html
Hi, I forgot to mention I am running GNUCash 2.6.2 from the Updates-Testing Fedora 20 repo.
guile-2.0.10-1.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/guile-2.0.10-1.fc20
Can you please test if this problem is fixed with the new guile?
(In reply to Miroslav Lichvar from comment #15) > Can you please test if this problem is fixed with the new guile? No problem. I will install the update in both my laptop and desktop, try to reproduce the behavior that shown the bug and report back.
Package guile-2.0.10-1.fc20: * should fix your issue, * was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository, * should be available at your local mirror within two days. Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing guile-2.0.10-1.fc20' as soon as you are able to. Please go to the following url: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2014-4114/guile-2.0.10-1.fc20 then log in and leave karma (feedback).
There was another guile update, it's now 2.0.11.

The two latest updates installed without issues. I will put 2.0.11 to the test.
I have being trying to reproduce the behavior triggering the bug, so far without result. In other words, GNUCash is not crashing any more. It seems to me the bug is fixed. Good job! I still keep getting a consistent error report when I try to create a Tax Schedule Report/TFX Export, but I guess that would be an unrelated bug or even unser's error.
Great, thanks for the information. I'll push the new guile to stable next week or so if no regressions are found.
guile-2.0.11-1.fc20 has been pushed to the Fedora 20 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
