Title: Scalable and Non-Scalable Applications

Describe the issue:
"Figure 8.1. Cartridges on Gears in a Scaling Application" is not there.

Turns out the xml was a little screwey. 

This has been fixed in the Online and Enterprise 2.x books, as well as the Enterprise 1.2 docs. And will be on the customer portal in the next release.
