Description of problem:
The problem is with the environment variable releasever which has value Null
instead of 0.95 for Fedora Test 3. When You change manually /etc/yum.conf
everything works. Change the URL ..../$releasever/.... to ..../0.95/....

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run yum list as root

Actual Results:  [root@localhost bednar]# yum update
Error: Cannot find baseurl or name for server 'base'. Skipping
Gathering header information file(s) from server(s)
Server: Red Hat Linux Null - Updates
retrygrab() failed for:
  Executing failover method
failover: out of servers to try
Error getting file
[Errno 4] IOError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

Expected Results:  [root@localhost bednar]# yum check-update
Gathering header information file(s) from server(s)
Server: Red Hat Linux Null - i386 - Base
Server: Red Hat Linux Null - Updates

Downloading needed headers

This should be fixed in 2.0.4-1.
