[Docs] [Change] The 'New Network Interface' window has changed and must be updated

Description of problem: The user interface for the 'New Network Interface' window - accessed by creating a virtual machine, clicking on the 'Network Interfaces' sub-tab and clicking 'New' - has changed. The procedure and screen capture must be updated to reflect the current state. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.4 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a virtual machine. 2. Click the 'Network Interfaces' sub-tab. 3. Click 'New'. Actual results: The procedure for adding a new network interface is out of date. Expected results: The procedure for adding a new network interface is up to date. Additional info: This procedure can be found as topic 9477, which correlates to section 8.7.2.1 of the Administration Guide.
